Communication
Communication is the most important aspect I personally think when in workplace as its gives a smooth running of the workplace and leads to a successful business. As a Placement Carer at Remote Isolated Children’s Education RICE it is important to communicate in a professional matter to keep a respectable relationship between each other. This is also in relation to the parents, families and most importantly the child. In the workplace we have numerous communication means that help us connect; social media, emails, posters, notes, verbal conversations and phone conversations. For this communication to be successful it needs to be used in the correct manner, the correct message is being sent and no miss-understandings.

As a traveling educator i need to be able to communicate with my boss and fellow employees and also the families that I head out to visit.
Communication
As a future teacher having effective communication is necessary within many departments on the job. Having to communicate between, teacher to student, teach to parents, teacher to teacher and teach to community. Without this effective communication these departments can lead to misunderstandings and errors to lead to things falling apart.
For communication to be effective and successful we need recognise and understand cultural differences/backgrounds. When communicating it needs to be clear, direct and right to the point of the topic. Having the appropriate tone of voice and using the right pronunciation of speech. Also having the ability to problem solve when it comes to issues in and outside the classroom.
